The Art of Betina Fink

Betina Fink is a visual artist who
has been working in Arizona since the 1980’s. She has lived and worked in Amsterdam, NL, and when returning to the States in ’95, resided at the artists’ community in Oracle, Rancho Linda Vista, for many years.

   Her paintings explore combinations
of representation and non-ordinary reality, with attention to personal iconography and the natural landscape.
Betina Fink’s work is in collections in Arizona (Tucson Museum of Art, and private collections), U.S. and Europe,

(Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs; The Social Security Bank), and she has exhibited widely, won awards, in both Holland and the U.S.

Her studio is in an artist’s collective warehouse in downtown Tucson, and she works for The Drawing Studio as drawing and painting faculty, and Youth Programs/Outreach Director.

Fink holds an MFA degree in Painting from the University of Arizona, and a BA in Fine Art/Art History from the University of Delaware. She studied Egg Tempera painting in the Netherlands.
